INTERMEDIARY SERVICES & THIRD-PARTY LIABILITY
MedGlobal360 acts solely as an intermediary and facilitator between patients and third-party service providers, including but not limited to hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centres, airlines, hotels, transport service providers, and visa agencies. MedGlobal360 role is limited to coordinating and facilitating access to such services for the convenience of patients and their attendants. All services are ultimately provided by independent third-party entities over which MedGlobal360 has no control.
MedGlobal360 shall not be responsible or liable for any acts, omissions, policies, decisions, or services of such third-party providers. This includes, without limitation, medical negligence, treatment complications, clinical outcomes, hospital rules and policies, travel disruptions, flight delays or cancellations, visa rejections or delays, accommodation issues, transportation failures, or any losses, injuries, or damages arising from acts of God, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond MedGlobal360 reasonable control.
All liabilities, obligations, and responsibilities arising from the provision of medical, travel, accommodation, or ancillary services shall rest solely with the respective third-party providers. Patients acknowledge and agree that any claims, disputes, or grievances relating to such services must be addressed directly with the concerned service provider, and Med Global shall not be made a party to such claims.

Any doctor–patient relationship is strictly and exclusively between the patient and the treating hospital or medical practitioner. All medical decisions, including the selection of doctors, procedures, and treatment plans, shall be made solely between the patient and the treating healthcare provider. Patients are strongly advised to seek independent medical opinions before undertaking any medical procedure.
USER RISK & SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The use of MedGlobal360 services, website, and communications is entirely at the user’s sole risk. Med Global does not warrant that its services will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free. Furthermore, MedGlobal360 makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information, content, or materials provided.
PATIENT’S LIABILITY

TECHNICAL & OPERATIONAL DISCLAIMERS

ORGAN TRANSPLANT DISCLAIMER
In cases involving organ transplantation, MedGlobal360 does not arrange, source, or provide organ donors. Donors must comply with applicable laws and hospital policies, including eligibility requirements such as being a qualifying relative where mandated by law. Approval from the hospital’s screening or authorization committee is mandatory before any transplant procedure may take place. TREATMENT COST & ESTIMATES

TRAVEL & LOGISTICS DISCLAIMER
MedGlobal360 may assist patients with travel arrangements and general visa guidance as part of its facilitation services; however, visa approval is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. Med Global does not guarantee visa issuance and shall not be liable for visa rejections, delays, or related consequences. Furthermore, MedGlobal360 shall not be responsible for travel cancellations, delays, rescheduling, or disruptions caused by airlines, authorities, or unforeseen circumstances.
NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES
MedGlobal360 does not guarantee treatment success, recovery timelines, or medical outcomes. Medical results vary depending on individual health conditions, compliance with medical advice, and factors beyond MedGlobal360 control.
INDEMNITY
The patient agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MedGlobal360, its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, affiliates, and partner entities from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising out of or related to: (i) the patient’s medical treatment decisions or outcomes; (ii) failure to follow medical advice, prescriptions, or hospital instructions; (iii) inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading medical history, reports, or personal information provided by the patient; (iv) breach of applicable laws, regulations, visa conditions, or hospital policies; (v) disputes with hospitals, doctors, or third-party service providers; (vi) cancellation, delay, or modification of travel or treatment plans initiated by the patient; or (vii) any negligent, unlawful, or wrongful act or omission by the patient or their attendants.
This indemnity shall apply regardless of whether the claim arises under contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory and shall survive the completion of services, termination of engagement, or conclusion of medical treatment. The patient further agrees to cooperate fully in the defense of any such claim and acknowledges that MedGlobal360 reserves the right to assume exclusive defence and control of any matter subject to indemnification.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
MedGlobal360 shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, complication, adverse outcome, or death arising directly or indirectly from medical treatment or procedures undertaken by the patient, including acts or omissions of hospitals, doctors, or third-party service providers. This limitation includes liability for delays, cancellations, treatment outcomes, travel disruptions, accommodation issues, or logistical arrangements. This exclusion of liability applies to claims arising under contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Patients are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, medical regulations, and hospital policies in India. Med Global shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from non-compliance with such requirements.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
